What does it cost me?

Nothing to have one in your venue. We supply the kiosk, stock it and maintain it. We'll go through exactly how the commercial side works on the call, with no obligation at the end of it.

What happens when one breaks?

It's ours to fix. We monitor the network and service the kiosks ourselves. Your staff never need to open one, reset it or work out what's wrong with it.

Do my staff have to do anything?

No. It's self-service from the tap to the return. The one thing that changes is that people stop asking your bar staff to charge a phone out the back.

What if a patron doesn't bring it back?

That sits between us and the patron, and it's handled automatically at the point of hire. Nothing lands on your venue and nobody expects your staff to chase it.

Can I choose what's on the screen?

In part. Our larger kiosks carry a digital screen and your venue can run its own promotions on it. MeCharge keeps overall control of what runs on the screen, and our advertising terms and conditions apply.
